Where visa sponsorship or Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) are involved, employers remain fully responsible for compliance with all applicable UK immigration regulations.

Any recruitment fees, placement charges, or commercial terms will be governed by a separate written agreement between Novix Recruit and the employer.

No fees are payable unless expressly agreed in writing.
